About the Event
At long last, Shade Canyon Playgroup is back!
Come connect with old friends and make new ones at a Waldorf-inspired playgroup, outdoors at Peace & Plenty Farm. We'll enjoy:
- Opening circle and songÂ
- Waldorf-style story time with Monica Ashley, Waldorf educator and Shade Canyon board memberÂ
- Mouse-sewing craft for parents to make and children to takeÂ
- Time at the end for an optional Q&A with Shade Canyon co-founders and board members about charter school plans
This playgroup is open and free to all families, tailored toward children 5 and younger. We suggest bringing water bottles and sunhats/sunscreen for maximum comfort.
