Shade Canyon Playgroup

Join us for our free playgroup, inspired by Waldorf early childhood education and the great outdoors at Peace & Plenty Farm. 

We have so much to be grateful for in our Shade Canyon community, and one of those great gifts is Peace & Plenty Farm generously hosting us for free for playgroups and grand events like May Faire. At Playgroup this Friday, we’ll model for our children putting gratitude into practice by helping the farm with some toddler-sized projects, as well as enjoy a story about teamwork. 

Adults, please bring work gloves if you have them. We’ll help with some weeding, as well as processing some lavender and sunflower heads. Perfect talking-while-helping jobs.

Our playgroups often include the following:

—a Craft, Game, or Nature Walk.

Shade Canyon Playgroup is open to all families, tailored toward children 5 and younger.

We suggest bringing water bottles and weather-appropriate clothing to stay comfy for 1.5 hours outdoors. We meet rain or shine.
